Refund Policy
We do everything in our power to ensure that products are delivered in a timely fashion and as ordered.
If we made a mistake on your order, it was damaged during shipping, or there is a defect with your product, contact us within 30 days for instructions, and we will correct it.
However, if errors were a result of you misspelling a word, choosing wrong color, size, etc., you can return product to us at your expense and receive 50% credit less shipping charges.

We ask that you verify your order before submitting, so as to eliminate such problems.
Orders receiving any level of customization (anything you would not be able to view upon checkout) will be issued an email proof that must be approved before orders are produced.
Please respond to this proof as soon as possible so as not to delay your order.
